Possible scam phone call

I have received two calls in two days from someone purporting to be from Sky.  They say my 'internet' has been accessed.  They then asked questions about my router, lights flashing etc.  I hung up and called Sky Technical Services but getting through the bots is a nightmare.

I have no problems with my internet.  No one unauthorised has accessed it, as far as I am aware.  I'm reasonably sure it's a scam but just want confirmation.

That's always the hallmark of a scam: even if such an unlikely thing has happened (no-one 'hacks' domestic broadband because there isn't any direct financial again from that), ISPs don't call domestic customers about it.

@ScotspikeYou can have on your landline if this is the place you got the calls. You can put on Sky talk shield.

@stuartleigh

You could try Action Fraud, but as the apparent originating number will almost certainly have been faked ('spoofed' using VOIP) from an overseas shadow call centre then realistically this achieves very little.
