Re: Poor wifi signal
@Jmilo1 if the issue is poor wifi signal in your home the first thing you to check is the position of the hub. Ideally it should be on a surfsce above obstructions like radiators as central as you can get it.
Beyond that you msy need additional equipment. Wifi signal strength is affected by the layout and type of construction of your home. Older properties with solid internal walls present greater issues than a house with partition walls having more than 2 floorscan add issues . Sky do sell an add-on called WiFi Max which can supply up to 3 WiFi extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or you can as I and many others do buy your own Wifi system and use that instead of the Sky hub's wifi.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode

Re: Poor wifi signal
Well it's the Hub for sure. My "new" white one is awful. Had the black one for about 5 or 6 years never an issue. The "new" one is designed for the bin and I'm going to switch provider. As far as I'm concerned I am not happy at all with the service provided and the contract is not worth the digital paper it's written on. No protection my end, on anything. Yet they can essentially do that they like. I would suggest you try to switch too. As to rectify this you would need the old router back, which they won't do. Sky has gone right down in the last few years.
