Since changing to wifi max router, the signal is worse, zero bars to my amazon firestick. Connection to skybox is also poor and drips continually.
This signal should be better, no issues with distance or location. Wifi strength is extremely low

I will add to this thread rather than starting another one. It seems quite a few other people have this problem. I changed to Sky just over a month ago and the wifi has not been good since changing. The signal struggles in a number of other rooms and drops at times. My son is particularly frustrated as his connection seems to be affected the worst.
We were TalkTalk previously and didn't have this issue. Hopefully one of the staff or superusers can pick up on this thread.

I can agree with this, our wifi router says its giving off what we are paying for, but my partner cant even connect his computer to it. Our xbox in the living room signal drops out all the time (watching sky go until sky box turns up)
Cant even connect go it in our bedroom!
is there anything that can be done?

No after phoning several time I managed to talk to someone.

Oh thanks. Not sure what the point of posting issues on here is then. Support seems a little sporadic. I note some threads on this issue have had direct help from Sky staff and others don't.
