Our router is downstairs at the back of the house, however, our office is upstairs at the front of the house. The wifi signal downstairs is great, however, upstairs it is really slow (Speedtest shows 5.61mbs downlosd, and 11.30mbps upload).
I have run the diagnostic tests, and powered the router off and then on but it hasn't helped

@DaveA2711 You will need to call Sky and request a booster for the property and they should send that our for you.

Re: Poor wifi signal in upstairs office
@DaveA2711 Do you have any type of booster in the property to boost the Wi-Fi signal around the property?

Re: Poor wifi signal in upstairs office
Sadly, no - we have just changed over from Virgin and had one of their boosters (which worked well) but had to send it back
