Poor WiFi connection kids kicked off Roblox constantly when it worked fine with Virgin media, their Samsung tvs won't connect to WiFi either

Odd, my TV's a Samsung and it works fine.

The Wi Fi works most of the time as well, I'd ring up and get an Engineer out.

@Derek1977 How long have you been with Sky for and did this start happening when you got the service from Sky installed?

What colour of router do you have from Sky?
