Poor upload and download speeds

Hi

I've recently got the 500mbps fibre optic sky WiFi and my upload and download speeds on my PS5 are:

69mpbs download speed

7mpbs upload speed 

This is obviously way below where I expected it, does anyone know how to improve this?

What hub do you  have?  I have the same  as  you , put in last month  no problems here but I do have sky max wifi  hub as well

So the claimed 500mbps is often only attainable via ethernet. I assume your PS5 is connected via WiFi?

Try rebooting but still really slow
