Poor speeds to my hub despite being on full fibre 500

Hi, according to tests on my router I have been receiving speeds of 160 mbs despite being on full fibre 500 and having minimum speed guarantees. When I run tests via the app an issue is identified but it then says there isn't an issue. I'm not quite sure what is going on. It it needs resolving. Thanks.

@JerryMaguire The fact that everything is sitting on the exact 160Mb/s reported value, then suspect that the reporting tool is complete utter rubish has been reported well before now and stopped even requesting such, you have to either test yourself or get sky to run a test there end and confirm what is going on. No longer have my sky Hub connected so cannot go out to check it for you. Was working 3 months back  and never once had the same reading on different day's!

 

Run this speed test on www.fast.com allow a couple off minutes to complete, hit show more info to get all the reults!
