Poor speed to the hub, random drop outs, Sky Q

Having issues where the internet will randomly drop on all devices, wired ethernet + wireless, speeds drop around 5x slower, come back eventually after a day or two but don't know if there is a bigger issue, all wires are attached correctly, no damage to any wires, 3 green lights on the hub, middle light goes out and flashes orange when it drops out but fine when the internet eventually comes back.

 

I have attached the router stats and also the recent logs, hope that helps.

Hi @Dubzaa 

Your line is showing drops, this is likely to be an external issue so would need engineer attention.
