My husband works from home and uses the wifi constantly. Always worked perfectly with previous supplier (talk talk). We switched to sky in July and it has never worked the same with meetings dropping out, losing connection, not downloading on the first/second attempt not getting wifi as strong as we used to in certain areas. We have had an engineer round within the first 2 weeks and had everything set up but still we have the issues. The booster we have for my husbands laptop is getting poor signal and this is affecting his work. Everything is where the engineer told me to put it. We need this sorting as my husband is embarrassed in his work when his internet is underperforming.

@Fiona159 As you already have a history off the reporting with sky, you should raise it with them again that it is not working to the satisfaction that you require. Give them a call and go again!

@Fiona159 As you already have a history off the reporting with sky, you should raise it with them again that it is not working to the satisfaction that you require. Give them a call and go again!
