Poor quality tv with fuzzy picture & constant picture freezing

The picture is poor quality & keeps freezing for a few seconds. It's worse in the evening

With it being worse in the evenings this suggests the problem is WiFi contention as most people tend to sit down and use their WiFi more in the evenings.

I switched the pucks around & rebooted the router which seems to have worked, averaging 140Mbps since then.
