Dropped out of an important Zoom meeting twice. No other devices being used.

Nope.

I haven't heard from anyone but you.

 

The note said it would be an online chat and might take 4 hours, unfortunately, that doesn't work with my work/lifestyle.

@Going+going+gone in which case you will have to call Sky as they rarely if ever make outgoing calls.
