Poor internet connection since moving to full fibre

I moved over to the fastest fibre package as soon as it was available in the area. This was beginning of December. 
my PS5 online gameplay is so slower than it was with my previous standard WiFi and my Mac and MacBook are so much slower browsing and working online than before.

for the few two weeks of having the fibre installed, the internet kept dropping completely. Is this a faulty install?

I've still heard nothing and still struggling to do my work from home because of this connection being so bad. I was promised a huge improvement,  going from my previous broadband to this fibre and it's taken a huge leap backwards. This is awful
