my download speed to my hub is guaranteed at 58 but only 21 today and average 31 over past 30 days. I have received an email from Sky to say they can't fix it, but not sure what is causing the issue and I have followed the trouble shooting processes.

Re: Poor download speed to hub recorded over 30 days
Were the 2 results taken together. There appears to be a discrepancy between the service checker and the actual router stats

Re: Poor download speed to hub recorded over 30 days
Router statistics were from yesterday morning and screen shot of average download speed just taken now. It is still saying there is a fault in the screen shot below.

Re: Poor download speed to hub recorded over 30 days
This is my current router statistics, am I reading it correctly that the download speeds are ok and not poor as the sky broadband checker is stating in the app?

Re: Poor download speed to hub recorded over 30 days
Thank you I did wonder that so I will keep an eye on it over the next week or so as it's not causing a major issue, just internet dropping out from time to time and reset seems to sort connections.

Re: Poor download speed to hub recorded over 30 days
However i do notice the line drops but at the moment wouldn't know if they are connected. It would be rare for a line to go from full speed to what your service checker is showing in a short space of time

Re: Poor download speed to hub recorded over 30 days
Hi @lucyhol
Thank you for bringing this to our attention and thank you, @cookiemonsteruk , for the tag.
Can I ask what speeds you obtain when you carry out a speed check with a 3rd party speed test, like fast.com or speedtest.net. Can you take a couple and private message me the screenshots, please?

Re: Poor download speed to hub recorded over 30 days
You could enter your phone number below and just post the date and speed acheived. This will be the true line stats and should coincide with the hub stats
