Poor coverage in our garden room
I've connected via ethernet, but constant buffering and generally poor quality .... had nobody such issues when I previously used BT Broadband!!!

@Dave-sullivan-0 if you have a direct ethernet connection to the hub you should not be having issues unless there is an issue with your connection. Sky testscthe connection daily and you can see the results in the My Sky app - if you click through you can see tgecrsults for the last month.
indirect connections via piwerline adapters or via a wifinextender can be problemstic.
