Poor connection to laptop in home office and no connection to Solis Cloud solar power inverter.
Poor connection to laptop in upstairs home office and no connection to Solis Cloud solar power inverter in loft. Both worked ok when we had BT broadband. Hub is installed in living room where Sky Q and main phone line are.

The Sky hub tends to have less coverage than the BT Hub so its possible that the devices are out of range of the Sky hub. You may need to get a booster from Sky.
