Poor broadband speeds

Since February 2024 I have not had constant broadband speeds above 5mbs. I am been informed by Sky that they have fixed my proble. Visits from 5 Sky engineers and 3 Open Reach engineers confirmed this is not the case. Openreatch HAVE confirmed there is a earthing fault on my line, but still no contractual broadband speeds and Sky are still taking my money. Need help.
