Poor broadband speed in bedroom only

Hi,

 

I had an engineer out a few months ago as the broadband connection was so poor. He was brilliant and opened up the line as well as installing pods in the house to extend the coverage. 

The bedroom was slow but we were told to wait for the mesh network to stabilise. Well, the bedroom WiFi connection and therefore broadband is still so slow that we turn off WiFi on our devices to connect on 4G as that is so much faster. 

could another pod be sent out to me please?

@Driftsun you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum so you will have to call them to getan extra pod.
