Poor WiFi in one room despite having new pod

The internet has been patchy today, and in one room, the connection is inferior, despite having the new pod plugged in outside that door.

Hi @SoniaTSC 

Where is the pod located in relation to the main router? Putting a pod in can sometimes make the connection worse if the signal from your main hub is too weak. Try moving the pod so that is equally between the hub & the room with poor signal.
