Poor WiFi connection - struggling to find contact to actually speak to someone

Switched to sky broadband yesterday and internet connection/speed working as expected but WiFi connection is dreadful and unreliable.  Done all the recommended things to rectify.  Struggling to find contact details to actually be able to speak to someone.

@HS27  Just dial 150 on your landline phone and listen through the voice prompts. Ignore the bot sending you a text to speak to an advisor.
