Poor WiFi and disconects but App says all ok!

Of the 4 people in the house 3 are having issues. Different equipment and locations in property. I had two drop outs on teams calls yesterday, daughter has had games disconects for several days. My other daughter is using a hotspot off her phone in her bedroom as so bad. All this and the MySky App says all is good with everything so gives me no option to raise a support call and directs me here! Took out latest broadband with new router and WiFi guarantee and it's worse!

I also have disconnects on WiFi calls on mobile and have to switch off WiFi on phone and use 4g instead.
