@difranco call Sky and request a broadband engineer to visit as it does sound like you have issues with the WiFi in your home. To have 3 extender pods means you have bought the Wifi Max package which includes engineer services. The pod extenders do have to be placed in the correct locations as they need a strong back haul connection to the hub.

Thanks for your comments. I've already had them visit three times. I'll try again. 

Does anyone think that better equipment is the answer? 

It did all work fine on BT with the equipment they provided (a eouter and three pods). 

I had placed all of those myself. All of the sky pods have been placed (and moved) by sky engineers. 

they are lovely and helpful but always say the WiFi has to settle after they have left. And we end up calling again when it doesn't.

 

 

this has been going on for about 6 months now.
