Poor Sky broadband

I'm experiencing such poor signal on my streaming TV at the moment and can hardly watch a program without broadband going off and me having to go through all the steps to re connect.. not great when your trying to watch the world cup....is there a booster device or something sky can send out. I pay for the best package at the mo....
