Poor Internet for months dropping out and very slow

Hi any help would be greatly appreciated. Had poor Internet for well over 2 months now but the last few weeks its basically been unusable. Now had openreach out 3 times and sky twice and waiting for next sky engineer but that's over a week away. I'm meant to have 32mb guaranteed but when I test I get 4mb max and upload is even worse at around 0.1mb. Wasted hours on the phone to sky just seems no end in sight especially with sky engineers. All they do is say speeds look good and leave after trying to sell me sky sports.
