Poor Ethernet connection to PS5

I've recently bought a new generation Playstation 5 and I've had issues that non of my friends do. I receive up to 17-18 Mbps on wired connection as well as wireless. My package is 500mbps on a WiFi 5 technology. How can I resolve this issue?
