Hi Just had Sky Broadband installed and having a nightmare with my EE phone on broadband - works ok on partners sky contract phone and my phone works ok on other broadband networks but it's driving me nuts- I get better connection with wi-fi turned off - anyone got any ideas ?

Hi - I normally keep my wi-fi turned on and when I am in range of any known networks it will connect autpmatically - however, although it connects fine and tells me the signal is good on the Sky broadband, I cannot load any web sites (I might add that I have broadband an my business and that work fine) all I am getting is the annoying little circle wizzing around - so I turn off the wi-fi and it work great on 4g/3g etc.- My partner has a phone on a Sky Sim and that seems to work fine ??

Other things to check are if Sky Shield is disabled and if the hub has been rebooted recently.

I have tried forgetting the network and then re-connecting and still the same - I have not re-booted the router though so may try that when I get home this evening - strange that it works fine on my partners phone and we have 2 Ipads that work fine too ? - will keep you posted thanks
