Re: Poor Connection speed after Openreach repair
Your noise margin downstream is to low however your line attenuation is fine. Possibly indicating an internal fault as you should be getting probably over 60Mbps
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21
If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me
If I say something you like give a thumbs up

Re: Poor Connection speed after Openreach repair
@Storminorme If you can say also what do you have connected on the Lan as from your post all the data is via Ethernet connection and collision happening somewhere along the line.... See if packet collision is rising over the next couple off hours in normal use.
This is also in addition to @cookiemonsteruk 's observations, but it sure looks like you have a line fault that needs some fixing...

Re: Poor Connection speed after Openreach repair
Normally i get over 60mb download and 20 upload but lately its been really bad.
i have PC connected via LAN and games console via lan and a 6 port hub connected to router which then feeds device at other side of room at the back of TV with 4 devices connected via lan cable
rest of the devices are wireless about 20 in total
its been stable for as long as i can remeber but 2 months ago when issues started i noticed a communications van opossite my house working on telegraph pole and its been happening since then.

Re: Poor Connection speed after Openreach repair
@Storminorme More than likely a cable got disturbed, does happen no matter how carefull they try to be, sure needs to be looked at, also takes 24hrs after a sky applied fix so not sure when your Engineer visit/repair was?

Re: Poor Connection speed after Openreach repair
I have been watching the router statistics page and the noise margin downstream you mentioned is bouncing around all over the place very odd
