Poor Broadband since ditching Sky Q
Recently ditched Sky Q because of non existent customer service and now broadband only available in half the rooms. It appears that the 3 sky Q mini boxes that I was paying for acted as wi fi boosters. What can I do now as Sky just palm me off with excuses and promises

Re: Poor Broadband since ditching Sky Q
As you've voluntarily given up that benefit of having Q television, Sky aren't under any obligation to replace the functionality unless you are subscribed to Broadband Boost and qualify under the terms of the WiFi Guarantee.
It's perhaps worth noting that much better mesh systems than Q now exist: a three-pack of entry-level Deco units is now under £90 for instance, which is what Broadband Boost would cost over a minimum term.
