@Christopher71 assuming you are connecting by wifi simply go into the laptop's network settings for the wifi card and choose the SSID which matches the one on the hub's label and then enter the password as written on the label. Assuming the settings are leftvto the default the laptop should be given the necessary information bybthe hub to connect.
If you then want to useca VPN you need to talk to whoever is providing thst service to get the log in details.
