@Jemmah1 my own Sky hub gets confused how devices are connected but it shouldn't matter as that is just Sky's systems not the hub itself normally. Connecting a Play Station can be an issue this guide gives some useful advice https://www.makeuseof.com/how-to-fix-ps5-wifi-issues/
