The plastic cover where the wires come into the house has come off and is allowing rain to go on the wires, I contacted Openreach and they said not their responsibility and contact sky.

it looks like it just needs to stuck on.

@Kalaidascope you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. You can call Sky the easiest way is to dial 150 on your Sky Talk line for a free call. Stupidly Sky will almost cerainly report this to Openreach who will then send an engineer. Openreach only talk to the telephone companies not the end customer.
