Whilst watching streaming services, the picture keeps on pixelating, we have just noticed this is happening when someone is working on their PC. Already had sky engineer resend the signal during a phone call, this has not resolved the issue.

@Towzer7 What is the person doing on the PC at the time this is happening and is the PC connected in the same way the stream box is?
