Hi, we setup a new fibre broadband service with Sky last week and cannot get any of the families mobile phones to connect to it or 2 of our Samsung TV's, I have tried everything, including following all fault finding guides etc, I have established it is the router as I can connect my TV's to a personal hotspot and other WIFI networks as is the same with our phones, gotta say i'm not impressed with this "New superfast brilliant fibre broadband" Sky have sold me so far!
