Phone says WiFi connected with no Internet, Sky says no issues and phone is connected via cable !

Phone can't get to Internet via WiFi as say there is no Internet connection. Hard wired computer says good Internet speed. Sky thinks Phone is also hard wired ( it's not) Tried restarting everything, no luck. Any ideas please?
