Phone line not working since neighbour had new phone put in
Hi, my neighbour just had a new phone line put in. The workmen went up the telegraph pole etc to do it. Since then our internet has just gone. Green power is on, green WiFi now is on and orange voice light.
We have no WiFi on any device now. There is no dial tone on the home phone.
The workmen are gone. All the other neighbours have WiFi.

@Cheshirecat83 Itcould just be a co-incidence but they may have thought your line was free by mistake and disconnected you. You will need to contact sky to get your line looked at now! Run the service checker and/or the diagnostics, you will need to do it over mobile data as your line is now down.
