Last night 11:45pm my internet was went down still yellow light on Sky Q hub for 11hrs then went dead no green or yellow light, could someone damaged outside phone lines or green cabinet. I still use O2 4G network hotspot connected to my PC but limited data only got 17Gb from 20Gb because lots of mods or updates downloaded on PC games. Sky RIP.
Anyone issue WV1 in Wolverhampton area.

Wrong, this is don't work. that phone line dead, some people have same problem no internet.

Find out more@Wolves_Hero you have just proved the reason why it is important to run the check which is to to find out whether Sky are aware of an issue or not in which case you havecto call and report the fault. Pretty obviously you have to use a mobile connection to do that if your broadband connection is down.
As it appears there is an issue in your area you will have to be patient until thst is repaired nothing you or for that mstter Sky can do to speed that up. If after 2 full working days your service is still down then compensation becomes payable

I been reset still none worked because no green light for internet both same power off/on. You didn't see my picture earlier show no green light on internet all dead.

Same here internet went turn off in morning at 10:30am. Yesterday went down at 11:45pm stuck yellow light. Now 22hrs later still no internet, phone line all dead. I still use mobile O2 4G data hotspot connected to my PC/laptop but 16Gb data left from 20Gb too quick in 1 day, if no internet for long, I will change tariff to unlimited data. Sky RIP ⚰️

What were the results of the status and line checks ?

Still same before none helped. Openreach engineers haven't fixing green cabinet or phone line.
If I connection to Sky Q hub will not work can't test service checker because have no internet, only 4G hotspot + laptop have internet.

See pircture this is fake because my Sky Q hub still no internet can't test service on website, I use mobile 4G mobile hotspot connected PC is worked can test service say 'You don't have Sky Q' this is wrong.
