Sky app confirms there is an issue initially but then claims everything is fine, so I'm unable to get to the book an engineer stage . Absolutely infuriating. Phone line has no dial tone, just clicking noise.

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them

Thanks for your reply and suggestions.
The Sky website and app both indicate there is an issue with the broadband intiitally but after running tests claim everything looks good. Every time it rains we have an issue now, it is absolutely ridiculous. Last engineer visit was only 2 days ago, services were fine for a short period but now off again.
