Persistent Wi-Fi Connectivity Issue on Samsung UAU9000 TV

I’m facing a persistent issue with my Samsung UAU9000 TV — it’s either unable to connect to Wi-Fi or disconnects frequently. Even when it shows as connected, the internet doesn’t work at all.

I’ve tried basic troubleshooting steps such as restarting the router, resetting the TV network settings, and reconnecting to Wi-Fi, but the issue continues. All other devices at home are working fine on the same Wi-Fi network, so it seems specific to the TV.

Could you please help me resolve this issue or advise if there’s a known compatibility or connectivity problem between this model and Sky broadband?

@JnJJ Wi-Fi to any TV would have to be the consideration, dumped my wireless wi-fi and connected it by Ethernet, 100 times better, still not perfect but that's the sami TV, the sony works well wireless wi-fi so far touch wood!

@JnJJ if you have a white Sky hub go into the hub's advanced settings in the My Sky app and ensure that the WiFi security setting is set to WPA2 rather than WPA3-T which many Samsung TVs cannot use reliably.
