Pc gets internet blocked when i try loading call of duty or other games,

My pc stays connected to the internet as speed tests work and all tests say connected, but, no pages load or games load. I reset the gateway in router, all is fine again, till i then try to load warzone. 

Sky say there are no issues but will send an engineer but surely this is some sort of firewall block? I have turned max hub firewall off and have no firewall issues on pc either. 

This only started around a month or so ago and nothing has changed in my set up. This is also only via wired connection to hub,. All wifi ( xbox, 2nd pc and phones, tvs all work still. I wired the other pc and then thast had the same issue so it has to be sky but they cant accept it.

@Hayneser check the setting for Sky's Broadband Shield as that will block some video games rated 18 if the age setting is too low. The setting is in the My Sky app.

Thank you for your reply.. I turned shield off already though sadly.. It is only on wired connections that it blocks the game and it's strange that resetting gateway solves it till I try load a game again. I'm struggling to connect to WiFi on pc but that is the option I'm heading for to see if that solves it.

@Hayneser Sky certainly dont block main line games like COD that is definite.  I would run an internet speed test to check the connection with ethernet you should see speeds roughly 92% of the hubs connection speed. COD does go in for large downloads of around 100GB which is going to take several hours to come down unless you have a high speed full fibre connection and while its downloading nothing much else can use the connection.

Speed tests return 900mb download and 110 upload. It's like it's being blocked by a firewall. I see in the reports in my router that firewall is blocking ipv6 but I can't sort it. Hopefully that's the issue and engineer can sort on Monday.  When it gets blocked, my whole Internet connection is blocked but I still get speed test results that are fine. Maybe a dns issue that locks out.

The game is also already installed. But as soon as you try to load it, it suddenly stops and says no connection. Then the whole pc loses Internet but still says connected.
