Patchy Broadband Service and Speeds - poor support from Sky - about ready to cancel after 25 years +

I am based in Wolvey (Warwickshire)  and recently we have been experiencing broadband drops in service, poor bandwidth and other issues. Sky TV engineer was out the other week as Sky Q is also very unstable - they swapped Q box and reconfigured the network and added a booster. Still we are experiencing issues across the household. Check Sky services and connectivity when back on-line and all looks to be ok based on Sky tests. Anyone had similar experiences - there have been quita a few civils vans and BT Openreach vans at the exchange and some of the telegraph poles over recent weeks so just wondering if there is an exchange issue or they are in the process of changing some of the connectivity locally....either way the service is almost unusable for home office purposes currently. I can not seem to get anyone at Sky to listen or respond, just get bounced around via virtual agents, test loops and then this self help forum - really frustrating and taking me closer to leaving Sky after 25+ years, they seem to be getting worse not better unfortuantely.

Hi @JonWiggins

What type of connection do you have (FTTC or FTTP) and which Sky hub do you have?
