Past 5 days Sky hub Reporting 32MBPS but I’m getting 0.34 MGPS on Ethernet

As the title said, the last 5 days I've had dropping and re-connecting internet issues but even when we have internet, connecting via Ethernet it's still reporting in sky app I have 32MBPS but every speed test I run is telling me

its reallt < 1MBPS and any servers or connections I make puts my ping over 1200ms and gives me major instability

I can't find a way to contact sky without a phone call which is causing me massive stress and anxiety so I need a solution or way of contacting them if someone can offer an idea

thanks in advance,

a concerned Sky Customer

@Mezzorio Please can you post your router stats so the forum can advise on any issues. This link explains how to do that https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/How-to-find-your-Sky-Broadband-router-stats/td-p/2855717#

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Mezzorio be careful with units network speeds are measured in Mb/s (megabits per second) which is what Sky always report while you are quoting MB/s (megabytes per second) which sites like Steam useand often confuses people. There are 8 bits in a byte so a report of a download of 1MB/s is 8Mb/s so your 32Mb/s can only support a download 3.8MB/s as you need some bandwidth for network overheads.
