Part fibre to full fibre upgrade
Hi! I moved one new apartment and here there was part fibre only. So I applied for part fibre. A few days ago I learned that we can reach full fibre now. So I want to upgrade my package to full fibre. When I go to upgrades showing me a few package. Some of them are less than my current bill. I tried to apply them but it's like I'm starting from beginning. Asking my all informations again. I don't want to make a mistake so I want to ask. Can I upgrade my package to full fibre and if I pay less or same price for that package is it possible to go for full fibre.

Re: Part fibre to full fibre upgrade
@Berk1511 if Openreach full fibre is available at your new address it is odd that was not offered intially as normally Openreach wont accept orders for partial fibre for addresses with access to their full fibre network. Check that the fibre service is from Openreach not a third party provider as Sky only currently use Openreach's network this checker will tell you https://www.openreach.com/fibre-checker
However if something odd has happened you can cancel an order at no cost up until 31 days after the service goes live.
