Parental controls have disappeared from Sky app

We have had Parental controls on the Sky app for ages. We upgraded to full fibre yesterday but, despite having Sky wifi max, the parental controls have disappeared from my sky app. 

I'm a foster carer so it is hugely important that I am able to have parental controls on my internet.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app - still not there.

Should I have recieved a new hub? What can I do to get this back
