Hi, Just had Sky BB installed having swapped from BT and now the TV apps won't work because the TV cannot see the server. It connects to the WiFi but there is no connection to the Panasonic server. No help from Sky Support but cancelations said I can cancel with no cost. I would like to stay and have done all the usual on/off things but if I can't tell the tele to work I'll have to go somewhere else. Any further ideas before I cancel?
