Hi all,
I've just recieved my sky max hub today and everything is connecting to it apart from my ps5. It's shows 3 bars of signal but then says signal is too weak. I've then moved the ps5 rooms to test and the same problem is happening. I've also got a work from home set up connected which was further away and working fine.
Any help would be great.
Thanks

on the my sky app go into the product settings, then sky max hub, advanced settings, WiFi security level, then you need to select wpa2 as the max hub automatically is a wpa3 which blocks the ps5.

That just means that a wifi password is needed to connect a device to the router
