How do you get Sky to send an engineer out! I've tried to call them, gone through every option, waited for hours and never yet spoken to a human! 

I've been with Sky 20 years and am going to leave as there service has become almost the worst there could be.

@jarv78 having read your post on the issue of adding port forwarding this is not something an engineer's visit would be made by any ISP. You will find domestic ISPs decline to support third party kit and applications due to the costs involved. Forums such as this one is the best place to get support. . 

 

Its not clear quite why you need to set up port forwarding in the first place as it is rarely required for Playstations I would suggest you read the responses in your thread and reply there.
