Can anyone offer any advice please

my son is constantly moaning whilst playing FIFA23 and using his fire stick of constant lagging. What if anything can be done

How is the console connected to the router (Wired or Wireless)?

If Wireless, how far away is the router from the console?

If wired, is it direct ethernet to the hub or is it via a booster, powerlines etc?
