I upgraded to sky ultrafast broadband and it was activated today. 12/08/24. Everything connected fine except my sons PS5 and computer. This is so frustrating as we'd chosen the ultrafast broadband over our previous essential broadband to improve his gaming experience as he's always struggled on our previous essential broadband not in a connection sense but with very slow performance. Any ideas what the problem might be as I have a very disappointed boy.
