We moved to Sky Broadband recently & initially both of my boys PS4's worked fine. Last week my eldest son started having intermittent WiFi problems making EAFC & fortnite unplayable. His PS4 is upstairs, but my other sons works fine and is in the room next door to hub. Any ideas on how to resolve please?

You may want to consider buying a Powerline networking kit which uses the mains wiring to carry the signal. One adapter plugs into a wall socket near the hub and connects by an ethernet cable and the otherplugs in your son's room and connects to the PS4 by ethernet.

The particular model you buy is up to you as they come with a number of variations and speeds gaming only needs minimal bandwith but downloading games etc needs a lot more.
. If its only a single PS4 that needs connecting then the cheapest version with an ethernet output would do but one tip get the version with a pass through 3 pin socket so you still can use the power socket for other kit. However if you want to extend the wifi in that area of your home buy one with a Wifi extender built-in but still use the ethernet output for gaming.
If you buy onlibe then in the remote chance your mains wiring isnt suitable you can send the kit back within 14 days.
