PON shows in red
Hi,
My Openreach Equipment shows PON in red.
My hub lost Internet and has no light on for Internet and voice.
Please can someone help?

You would need Contact sky as below
Follow the link and choose need more help

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland
Or we can esalate to sky
