I have no internet and the PON light on the openreach box is red. What can I do to resolve this please. I've already tried turning it off and back on, lol

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Lu86 Have you tried to run the service checker and broadband test to see if it picks up the fault, otherwise you will have to call Sky to report this fault.
